Prepare customer cadence and QBR meetings without manual cross-tool copy-pasting by aggregating Jira issues, Slack threads, Asana actions, RAID items, and product updates into a single structured agenda ready for review and publishing.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Automated data collection: Collect open, recently resolved, and stale Jira issues with links and FE-UPDATE status; fetch Slack channel history and thread permalinks; optionally pull Asana actions and RAID items.
• Template-driven agenda: Populate a cadence-review template into a complete agenda with sections for What's New, Actions, RAID, Product Updates, and carry-forward items from previous docs.
• Publish and store: Save a dated local markdown file for carry-forward, optionally publish to Confluence, and optionally generate styled HTML for screen-sharing; supports dry-run previews and graceful fallbacks if sources are missing.
• Safety and provenance: Enforces read-only data gathering, links every source, never mutates previous docs, and annotates missing data sources for manual follow-up.

Run the cadence-prep skill for a customer by invoking the cadence-prep command with the customer name and optional --dry-run or --html flags.
