What problem does it solve?

Calendar scheduling and follow-through become error-prone when event details, naming patterns, and the linked Notion/CRM artifacts (for calls and trainings) aren’t kept consistent with past events.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Creates scheduling events from reference history: searches prior matching Google Calendar events to inherit the correct title pattern, duration, attendees, Meet preference, color, and description when available.
• Reschedules and deletes safely: updates the correct calendar event and runs the required downstream cascades so linked Notion pages and dated tasks don’t fall out of sync.
• Mirrors the sales-call / training Notion pairing: when the referenced event indicates a paired page, creates the corresponding Notion entry in ABA Calls or ABA Trainings and executes the SOP setup (except discovery calls, which are delegated to CRM Workflow 7).
• Maintains engagement session linking for trainings: when creating a session in ABA Trainings, appends the new session line into the correct Engagements row (## Sessions) in chronological order.
• Handles ambiguity with guardrails: asks for clarification when attendee matching, time resolution, event type, or conflicting reference patterns would otherwise cause incorrect edits.
