  • Creates scheduling events from reference history: searches prior matching Google Calendar events to inherit the correct title pattern, duration, attendees, Meet preference, color, and description when available.
  • Reschedules and deletes safely: updates the correct calendar event and runs the required downstream cascades so linked Notion pages and dated tasks don’t fall out of sync.
