What problem does it solve?

This Skill reads persona.md and computes behavior parameters, then writes them into character_params.yaml to keep persona alignment across workspaces.

• Scheduled calibration: runs automatically every 7 days or on initialization to refresh parameters based on persona.md.
• Drift-aware syncing: detects persona_checksum drift and triggers a re-run to keep configuration in sync.
• Safe, idempotent writes: uses flock-based locking and atomic writes to prevent race conditions and data corruption.
