What problem does it solve?

Job searches scatter offers, evaluations, tracking, and document generation across tools and channels, making it hard to maintain momentum. career-ops centralizes the evaluation pipeline, CV/PDF creation, research, and tracking responsibilities into a single mode-driven workflow.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Command Center Modes: A discovery menu lists investigation, pipeline ingestion, offer comparison, contact research, training validation, project evaluation, and tracker overview commands so you can pick the exact workflow you need.
  • Auto-Pipeline Detection: Paste a JD or URL and the router detects responsibilities, requirements, and company context, then runs evaluation scoring, ATS-optimized PDF generation, and tracker updates without manual routing.
  • Delegated Subagents & Consistent Context: Modes reference modes/_shared.md plus their own instructions, and scan, apply, and pipeline jobs spawn subagents with injected prompts to safely handle web automation and multi-step processing. Use case: Feed a new posting to career-ops to assess the offer, generate collateral, and add the result to your shared application tracker in one go.

Quick Start

Paste a job description or URL into career-ops to trigger the auto-pipeline, evaluate the role, and record the result in the tracker.
