Carrier scorecards track weighted metrics like on-time delivery, tender acceptance, claims ratios, and invoice accuracy. These performance indicators support quarterly business reviews and help reallocate freight during capacity shifts to protect service levels.

What is the best way to run a lane-level RFP for freight negotiation?▼

Routing guides assign primary, backup, and tertiary carriers to lanes with tiered pricing considerations. This tiered structure streamlines routing decisions and automates freight reallocation during capacity shifts or service failures.
