What problem does it solve?
It helps students convert a case (text or name) into a disciplined, exam-ready case brief template while preventing careless “write-it-for-me” summarization and reducing made-up content.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Template-driven case briefing: Generates a question-led brief structure (facts, issues, holding, reasoning, rules, and notes) aligned to the student’s preferred format.
- Training-mode guardrail: In training mode, requires the student to state the holding first, then guides them through the remaining sections.
- Uncertainty labeling and citation discipline: Marks unknown or disputable interpretations as [不确定] or [需核实] when the input is only a case name, and advises independent verification when citations are AI-generated.
- Source-faithful extraction when text is provided: If the user pastes the case text, it extracts the court’s wording for holding and reasoning into the relevant sections.
Quick Start
Ask for a case brief by pasting the case text or telling me the case name and saying “give me the case brief template and help me fill it in, in training mode.”
