This skill provides a streamlined approach for loading and rendering 3D models (glTF/GLB) and particle effects in CesiumJS, enabling animations and geospatial positioning in a single workflow.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Load glTF/GLB models with precise control over model matrices, animations, and node transforms using Model.fromGltfAsync, ModelAnimation, and ModelNode.
- Create and attach ParticleSystem effects (emitter types like BoxEmitter, CircleEmitter, ConeEmitter, SphereEmitter) to moving or static scenes, including emitterModelMatrix for local offsets.
- Integrate with the Entity API via ModelGraphics and leverage NGA_gpm_local extension support for geospatial metadata when available.
