What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the evaluation of BLOCKED issues to determine whether they can be unblocked and the workflow can proceed.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Read the current blocked_reason and current_issue from .windsurf/state/state.json and assess common blockers such as repeated validation failures, external dependency delays, or manual merge conflicts.
  • Update the in-memory state to PLANNING when a blockage is resolved, clearing failure signatures and allowing the workflow to resume.
  • Use during workflow resumption to automatically decide between continuing toward planning or remaining BLOCKED, reducing manual checks.
