Core Features & Use Cases
- Trademark knockout triage: Flags likely intrinsic bars such as genericness, descriptiveness, deceptiveness, geographic/surname issues, false connection, prohibited matter, and (for relevant marks) functional/design considerations.
- Similar-marks check with integration-aware searching: Runs a preliminary search through available connectors (e.g., trademark registry search and/or case/TTAB research) and then analyzes likely confusion using an appropriate jurisdiction-specific framework.
- Attorney-ready output: Produces a structured triage memo with guardrails, citations/scopes noted, and recommended next steps—always explicitly stopping short of concluding the mark is “clear.”
