System Documentation

What problem does it solve?

This Skill removes the guesswork from release planning by comparing written requirements with the actual codebase to reveal what is truly done, partially done, missing, or unexpectedly implemented.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Requirements Extraction: Pulls user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and checklist items from EPICs, sprint docs, architecture notes, and TODO files.
  • Codebase Survey: Reviews feature folders, routing/navigation, migrations, tests, configs, and CI workflows to map implementation coverage.
  • Gap Classification: Labels each item as done, partial, missing, unclear, or unplanned so teams can focus on blockers first.
  • Use Case: Use it before a sprint review or launch readiness meeting to confirm whether a planned feature set is actually present in code and to surface release risks early.

Quick Start

Ask the skill to compare your EPIC documents and checklist files against the repository codebase, then summarize what is done, partial, missing, unclear, and unplanned.
