What problem does it solve?
It turns a Rex-miss caught by a human reviewer into a durable, operator-curated handbook entry instead of letting the insight disappear into one-off review chatter.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Codify missed review comments: Converts a specific review comment (or pasted prose) into a structured handbook draft.
- Operator approval gate: Requires an explicit yes/edit/no approval before any file is written.
- Correct routing by bucket: Writes to the right handbook location (domain/architecture/general/language) with the correct frontmatter conventions for domain rules.
- Traceable provenance: Appends a required _Source footer with PR number, author, and date for auditability.
