What problem does it solve?

Generates commit messages derived from the current SOAP pedagogical session, preserving the learning context in the student's versioned portfolio by reading the A (Avaliação Diagnóstica) and P (Plano) from the SOAP registered by the raop skill and formatting a coherent narrative for the portfolio. It ensures no Co-Authored-By trailers or co-authorship attributions, keeping authorship exclusively with Iago Leal.
