• Market/State-of-the-art gap inventory: Compares a module’s CAPTERRA baseline (CAPTERRA-FICHA.md) plus SPEC’d user stories with the real code inside Modules/{Modulo}/ and related UI/test artifacts to classify each capability as ✅ APROVADO, 🟡 PARCIAL, or ❌ AUSENTE.
• Evidence-driven scoring (P0–P3): Generates an inventory that includes the specific evidence found (files/classes/controllers/tests/UI) and a gap score used to prioritize work.
• Human approval before backlog creation: Proposes tasks to create in the MCP backlog, but only creates them after explicit Wagner confirmation, then appends the corresponding user stories back into SPEC.md.
