What problem does it solve?

Protein-ligand interaction data for toxicology research can be time-consuming to assemble manually; this skill automates the generation of structured toxin-binding records for PLIP pipelines.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Automatically fills a toxin-receptor interaction dataset compatible with PLIP (and RDKit) workflows.
  • Produces validated records with fields: name, pdb_id, ligand_smiles, target, key_interactions, and clinical_effects.
  • Use Case: When testing ISC in structural biology/toxicology domains, generate ready-to-analyze toxin binding data for downstream analysis.

Quick Start
