High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I turn scattered competitor research into structured market positioning analysis?▼

Structured market positioning analysis transforms scattered public data and win/loss notes into evidence-backed conclusions. It uses a repeatable framework including SWOT, weighted matrices, and perceptual maps to guide product strategy and messaging decisions.

What's the best way to build a battlecard from raw competitor data for sales enablement?▼

Building a battlecard from raw competitor data requires structuring evidence into concise, decision-grade outputs. The analysis workflow generates verifiable templates and reports specifically designed for sales enablement and executive reviews across defined competitor sets.

Can I use a SWOT analysis and perceptual map for go-to-market planning?▼

A SWOT analysis and perceptual map are fully applicable for go-to-market planning. They visually structure competitor strengths, weaknesses, and relative positioning, providing evidence-led reports that directly inform pricing decisions and market entry strategies.

How does a weighted matrix help with competitive analysis and product strategy?▼

A weighted matrix drives competitive analysis by scoring and ranking rivals across defined market criteria, producing actionable recommendations for product strategy. It enforces a structured workflow that converts raw evidence into verifiable, decision-grade conclusions.

What inputs do I need to provide for a complete competitive analysis of a defined market?▼

To generate a complete competitive analysis, you need to provide a defined market and a list of rivals. The skill then processes available evidence like public data and win/loss notes to produce structured, actionable recommendations.

When should I not use a perceptual map for competitor research?▼

A perceptual map may not suit competitor research when a defined market lacks sufficient evidence or when rivals lack clear positioning differentiation. The structured analysis workflow still applies SWOT and weighted matrices to extract verifiable conclusions from available data.
