SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

It helps teams figure out who the real competitors are, how those competitors win, and where your product can win with evidence-based recommendations.

Core Features & Use Cases

Competitor set building: Expands the competitor universe using “alternatives” and category comparisons to include direct and indirect competitors plus the “do nothing” option.
Operator-grade positioning: Applies practical positioning frameworks (April Dunford-style alternatives-based positioning, Wardley Mapping, feature matrices, and Kano applied to competitors).
Decision-ready outputs: Produces a feature comparison, positioning map, white-space opportunities, and a concrete action plan supported by sourced claims, while avoiding frameworks that don’t help operators unless requested.

Quick Start

Ask for a competitive analysis report for your product by telling the tool your product name, target customer, and the top 3 competitors you currently think matter.
