- PR Merge Gate: Requires multiple comments, 100% reviewer consensus, and completion of ten-pass verification before a Pull Request can be merged.
- Creation Gate: Mandates stakeholder agreement for the creation of ideas, projects, or tasks, involving relevant teams like CX, Product, and Engineering.
- Use Case: When a developer submits a Pull Request, this Skill ensures that all automated checks and human reviewers have approved and commented, and that no objections remain, before allowing the merge. Similarly, a new feature idea won't be formalized until all relevant VPs and the CX team agree.
