Identify and retrieve a complete, verified contact profile from Common Room data to support outreach and qualification. It enables lookup by email, social handle, or name + company, returning a rich set of fields to inform engagement decisions.

  • Lookup by email, social handle, or name + company and return enriched identity data, including activity history, Spark insights, scores, CRM fields, and website visits.
  • Provide account context and cross-contact relationships to help prioritize outreach and personalize messages.
  • Use Spark enrichment when available to infer persona and buying signals; if Spark is not available, rely on recent activity data to guide conversations.
