What problem does it solve?

Open and preview lightweight, issue-backed plan trackers that preserve frozen source/plan snapshots and provide an initial state checkpoint, enabling auditable planning and execution.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Create or attach an issue-backed tracker to a complete plan bundle located at docs/plans/<YYYY-MM-DD>-<slug>/ with the required files (<slug>-plan.md, <slug>-execution-state.md, and either <slug>-discussion-source.md or <slug>-review-source.md).
  • Manage the lifecycle of a plan from preflight to execution by recording and referencing the relevant artifacts within an issue, including the initial execution URL back to the bundle state file.
  • Support cross-team coordination by centralizing plan state, execution progress, and related sources in a single issue-based tracker.

Quick Start

Open a plan bundle and create or attach a plan-tracking issue for that bundle.
