What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you break out of premature evaluation by systematically generating a wide set of decision options first, then evaluating only after the list is complete.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • APC option generation (Alternatives, Possibilities, Choices): Produces a broader menu of options—including unconventional and “do nothing” options—before any ranking or critique.
  • Coverage expansion: Pushes past the first pass by identifying what you might have missed (assumptions to invert, combinations, inaction).
  • Delayed evaluation: Runs a lightweight first-pass viability check only after the option list is finished, then selects 2–4 options worth developing further.
  • Scope-driven control: Prompts you to choose how deep you want the run to go (full analysis, key findings only, generation only, or refine the framing).
