What problem does it solve?

It solves biased, snap evaluations of ideas by forcing a structured scan of benefits (Plus), drawbacks and risks (Minus), and non-obvious implications (Interesting) before you decide.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Plus/Minus/Interesting evaluation: Produce a fair, three-way analysis instead of reacting to your first instinct.
  • Decision-ready synthesis: Summarize what the PMI reveals about key tradeoffs and what should drive the decision.
  • Anti-confirmation-bias discipline: Encourage genuine scrutiny in both directions, especially if you already like or dislike the proposal.

Example use case: Before approving a product feature, funding request, or strategy change, run PMI to surface what truly improves outcomes, what risks could derail the plan, and what surprising second-order effects to watch.
