FAQPage Schema

How do I design an AWS architecture from a new application idea?▼

To design an AWS architecture from an application idea, you need structured discovery to understand business goals and workload needs, followed by mapping those requirements to appropriate AWS compute, database, and storage services.

What is the best way to select AWS services for a startup application?▼

The best way to select AWS services for a startup application is through architecture decision guidance, which analyzes your workload requirements and operational constraints to recommend appropriate compute, database, and messaging services.

Can I use this for a Well-Architected architecture review and cost estimation?▼

Yes, you can use it for Well-Architected architecture reviews and cost-aware design decisions, as it provides workload analysis, validation guidance, and cost estimation to refine your selected AWS solution architecture.

What AWS service selection guidance is available for migrating existing workloads?▼

For migrating existing workloads, AWS service selection guidance involves analyzing your current architecture, mapping workload needs to appropriate AWS services, and applying Well-Architected principles to validate the migration qualification.

How does structured discovery work for AWS solution architecture planning?▼

Structured discovery for AWS solution architecture works by leading conversations to capture your business goals, technical constraints, and operational requirements, which then drives the mapping to specific AWS services and cost-aware design decisions.
