What problem does it solve?

It helps you faithfully record training sessions so you can track XP, level, and achievements instead of losing progress and motivation to a busy routine.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Workout completion recording: Store each finished exercise (by ID or name) and reflect XP, level changes, and unlocked achievements.
  • Break and exercise discovery: When you are unsure of an exercise ID, it can suggest available exercises for you to choose from.
  • Progress visibility for consistency: Show current level/title and the streak of consecutive check-ins to encourage sustained maintenance.

Quick Start

Tell the AI which exercise you did by name or ID and ask it to record the log for you.
