FAQPage Schema

How do I automate sending daily text message affirmations for self care?▼

You can schedule daily affirmations by providing a delivery time, choosing a messaging method like SMS or email, and specifying whether to use generated or custom affirmations. The automation then sends uplifting text messages to your contact on your chosen cadence.

Can I receive daily motivation messages through email or chat instead of SMS?▼

Yes, daily motivation messages can be delivered through email or chat as an alternative to SMS. The setup gathers your preferred delivery method and offers practical fallbacks, ensuring your scheduled positive affirmations reach you even if your primary text message channel is unavailable.

How do scheduled wellness affirmations work with personal calendar routines?▼

Scheduled wellness affirmations integrate with personal scheduling workflows by creating a timed task that delivers positive text at your chosen time. You provide the schedule and delivery details, and the automation rotates or randomly selects content to support consistent self motivation without manual effort.

Do I need to provide my own affirmation list to set up daily automated motivation?▼

No, you do not need to provide your own affirmation list to set up daily automated motivation. The scheduling system can generate uplifting affirmations for you, or you can supply a preferred custom list to rotate through for your daily positive text messages.

What are the limitations of using automated scheduling for daily self care text messages?▼

A limitation of automated scheduling for daily self care text messages is the dependency on an available messaging method. If SMS is unavailable, you must configure a fallback delivery channel like email or chat, and the automation relies entirely on your specified scheduling details to function reliably.
