What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you reliably distribute DataPallas-generated burst documents to recipients or archive destinations without manual copying and renaming.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Email delivery via SMTP: Configure SMTP settings, send test emails, and personalize subject/body using DataPallas variables such as ${var0} and ${burst_token}.
  • Upload and archiving via cURL: Push generated files to FTP/FTPS/SFTP/HTTP/WebDAV/Windows shares using a cURL command template, including variable-based output folder paths for organized retention.
  • Variable-driven routing: Use input_document_name, burst_token, custom variables, and time-based patterns (year/month/quarter) to build destination folders that scale across many documents.

Quick Start

Open DataPallas at Configuration (My Reports), enable Email or Upload, configure your SMTP or cURL destination template, then send a test to confirm the connection and variable expansion work as expected.
