SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Unified-dependent milestones near commitment often lack essential evidence such as eligibility, accreditation, or dispatch readiness. This skill detects those gaps before commitment, reducing risk and rework downstream.

Core Features & Use Cases

Identify Unified-dependent milestones with missing eligibility, accreditation, or dispatch readiness evidence.
Classify constraints by severity and propose targeted remediation steps for technical and delivery teams.
Generate dry-run corrections, including escalation tasks or milestone updates, to close readiness gaps.
Provide structured outputs that support governance and decision-making (unified_dependency_report, constraint_warnings, timeline_impact, dry_run_actions, next_action).

Quick Start

Ask the skill to run a Unified readiness check for a specific opportunityId.

Frequently Asked Questions about deal-unified-check

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I check Unified readiness for milestones missing eligibility or accreditation evidence?▼

Run a Unified readiness precheck by supplying an opportunityId to evaluate milestones for missing eligibility, accreditation, or dispatch readiness evidence. The skill queries CRM milestones and returns a unified dependency report with constraint warnings, timeline impact, and dry-run remediation actions.

What are Unified path constraints and when do they block milestone commitments?▼

Unified path constraints are missing eligibility, accreditation, or dispatch readiness evidence on near-term Unified-dependent milestones. They block milestone commitments when required evidence is absent, creating downstream risk and rework if not surfaced before commitment.

Do I need an opportunityId to run a Unified blockers check on my dispatch milestones?▼

Yes, an opportunityId is required to run a Unified blockers check. The skill needs access to msx-crm:get_milestones and msx-crm:crm_query with the opportunityId and inline task evidence to evaluate dispatch milestones and return constraint warnings.

Can I generate dry-run corrections for Unified readiness gaps before committing milestones?▼

Yes, you can generate dry-run corrections for Unified readiness gaps. The skill produces dry-run actions including escalation tasks or milestone updates to close readiness gaps, alongside a unified dependency report and timeline impact assessment for governance decisions.

How does the skill classify constraint severity for missing accreditation or dispatch readiness?▼

The skill classifies constraints by severity and proposes targeted remediation steps for technical and delivery teams. It surfaces missing accreditation or dispatch readiness evidence as constraint warnings, enabling teams to prioritize fixes before milestone commitment.

What outputs does a Unified dependency report include for governance and decision-making?▼

A Unified dependency report includes constraint warnings, timeline impact, dry-run actions, and next action recommendations. These structured outputs support governance and decision-making by identifying readiness gaps and proposing remediation across opportunities, dispatches, and sanctioned catalogs.
