FAQPage Schema

How do I diagnose rental commission discrepancies across agreements and settlements?▼

Rental commission discrepancies occur when settlements don't match commissions due to missing vouchers, credit-note offsets, or deposits. This Skill analyzes agreements, settlements, payments, and voucher types to identify mismatches, classify status (OK, Processed, MISSING, Deposit), and recommend corrective actions across your rental management data.

What data do I need to analyze rental commission issues?▼

Provide agreement numbers and optional invoice numbers. The Skill requires access to rental agreement records, settlement data, commission records, and payment vouchers to correlate invoices to settlements and detect missing or misapplied entries.

Can this detect missing vouchers and credit-note offsets in rental commissions?▼

Yes. The Skill handles missing vouchers, credit-note offsets, deposits, and cycle-1 cancellations by cross-analyzing rental agreements, settlements, and vouchers to identify which commissions lack supporting documentation or payment records.

How does rental commission analysis work with different settlement statuses?▼

The Skill classifies commission status into four categories—OK, Processed, MISSING, and Deposit—based on settlement and voucher correlation. This status classification helps prioritize which discrepancies require immediate attention versus those already in progress.

What output do I get from the commission discrepancy analysis?▼

You receive a tabular analysis showing identified issues, their root causes (missing vouchers, misapplied payments, deposits), and recommended corrective actions for each agreement and settlement combination.
