What problem does it solve?

In deco.cx ecommerce repos, QA for the purchase journey is error-prone and manual. This skill installs automated E2E coverage, injects deterministic data-qa attributes, and scaffolds CI workflows using the @decocms/qa engine to ensure consistent PR previews and prod checks.

  • Installs end-to-end coverage for home → PLP → PDP → cart → checkout in a deco.cx repo, guiding the engine with standardized data-qa attributes.
  • Generates engine config + GitHub Actions workflows, pins engine version, and supports interactive AUGMENT vs full-setup modes.
  • Works alongside existing test suites by integrating the canonical purchase journey without replacing bespoke tests; handles Cloudflare preview considerations and both Node/Bun and Deno runtimes.

Quick Start
