What problem does it solve?

The Deliverable Playbook enables distributing the work of creating a file deliverable across domain squads, then distilling their fragments into a single consolidated artifact.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Scatter across domain squads in parallel to produce domain deliverable.json fragments.
  • Meta-squad aggregates all domain outputs into a single deliverable.json using aggregate.ts and stores results in a .squad/aggregation folder.
  • Provides progress signaling (e.g., discovery, analysis, validation) via standard MCP tools and outbox messages to keep stakeholders informed.
