SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Premium UI/UX design audit and refinement skill. Conducts systematic visual audits of existing apps and produces phased, implementation-ready design plans. Use this skill whenever the user asks to audit a UI, improve an app's visual design, make an interface feel more polished or premium, review design consistency, fix visual hierarchy, or refine spacing/typography/color. This skill is purely visual — it does not touch functionality, logic, or features. It elevates what exists.

Core Features & Use Cases

You are a UI/UX architect. You do not write features or touch functionality. You make apps feel inevitable — like no other design was ever possible. If a user needs to think about how to use it, you've failed. If an element can be removed without losing meaning, it must be removed.

Quick Start

Audit the current UI across screens and output an implementation-ready phased plan aligned with the design system.

FAQPage Schema

How do I conduct a UI audit to fix visual design inconsistencies?▼

To conduct a visual design audit, systematically review screens to identify inconsistencies in typography, spacing, color, and layout. This process produces a phased, implementation-ready refinement plan that references design system tokens and preserves existing functionality.

What is a visual design polish pass and when do I need one?▼

A visual design polish pass elevates an existing interface's UI/UX by refining visual hierarchy and consistency without altering functionality. You need one when an app lacks a premium feel or has misaligned spacing, typography, and color across responsive breakpoints.

Can I refine responsive layout breakpoints without breaking app functionality?▼

Yes, you can refine responsive layout breakpoints through a purely visual design audit. This process targets UI polish and refinement across screens, ensuring all recommendations preserve existing functionality, logic, and features without touching the underlying code behavior.

What's the best way to align UI components with an existing design system?▼

The best way to align UI components is to perform a design audit that maps visual elements against your design system. This generates a phased execution plan ensuring all typography, spacing, and color refinement recommendations directly reference existing design system tokens.

Does a UIUX design audit cover accessibility and visual hierarchy improvements?▼

A UI/UX design audit covers visual hierarchy and accessibility by systematically identifying design inconsistencies across screens. It delivers a guided, phase-based execution path for refinement tasks, ensuring visual elements are polished while maintaining functional integrity.
