What problem does it solve?

Desktop hybrid desktop shells often ship a local fallback page while also supporting a repo-built Web UI bundle during development. The resolver should prefer the real bundle when available to ensure users load the latest UI assets.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Priority resolution: enumerate candidate roots upward from the executable directory and select the first valid Web UI bundle.
  • Fallback safety: gracefully fall back to a local page only when no bundle exists anywhere in the search path.
  • Real-world scenario: in PanelNester-like apps, ensure users load the development WebUI bundle from src\PanelNester.WebUI\dist\index.html when available, otherwise revert to a fallback.
