SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill solves the problem of building and fixing software through a reliable, multi-agent pipeline that coordinates specification, planning, implementation, review, and verification—reducing drift, blind spots, and regressions.

Core Features & Use Cases

Spec-to-implementation phasing: Enforces gated workflow (Specify → Plan → Tasks → Implement) so assumptions are validated before code changes.
Consensus vote orchestration: Runs consensus gates per phase to detect missed requirements and blind spots before advancing.
Parallel, bounded fan-out with QA gates: Decomposes work into atomic tasks, implements with output budgets, and requires QA review plus security scanning before ship.
Use Case: When you need to add a health check endpoint, fix a bug across multiple files, or implement a feature end-to-end with tests and security checks.

Quick Start

Ask your AI to run the dev pipeline to build your feature with votes, QA review, and a security scan.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate software feature implementation with multi-agent consensus voting?▼

You can automate software feature implementation by running a multi-agent dev pipeline that enforces SPECIFY→PLAN→TASKS→IMPLEMENT phase gating with adversarial consensus votes to detect missed requirements before advancing.

What is a consensus-driven development pipeline and when do I need it?▼

A consensus-driven development pipeline coordinates specification, planning, implementation, review, and verification across multiple agents to reduce drift, blind spots, and regressions when building software features or fixing bugs end-to-end.

How do I run end-to-end bug fixes with automated QA review and security scanning?▼

Run the dev pipeline to decompose bug fixes into atomic tasks with bounded fan-out execution, requiring QA review and security scanning gates to pass before shipping the final implementation.

Does the multi-agent dev pipeline work for adding isolated endpoints like a health check?▼

Yes, the multi-agent dev pipeline handles end-to-end build requests like adding a health check endpoint by validating assumptions through gated phases before applying any code changes.

What are the limitations of using a structured phase-gated dev pipeline for software delivery?▼

The pipeline requires structured JSON outputs and enforces controlled iteration limits, meaning work must pass strict consensus gates at each phase before advancing to implementation, which may constrain rapid ad-hoc prototyping.

What's the best way to coordinate spec-to-implementation workflows without code regressions?▼

The best way to prevent regressions is using a spec-to-implementation pipeline that decomposes work into atomic tasks, applies output budgets, and mandates adversarial consensus votes plus security scans before shipping.
