Reads every commitment from VISION.md, ROADMAP.md, and item specs, then audits the implementation with evidence-based analysis citing file:line for every finding, catching missing features, incomplete implementations, spec divergence, bugs, and documentation drift. Also validates in the browser for web projects and checks documentation alignment. Use when the user has finished implementing a roadmap and wants verification.
