DevTeam removes the friction of coordinating parallel software work by orchestrating a project manager, multiple developer agents, QA, security auditing, and code review into a single, automated workflow that produces testable, reviewable branches ready to merge while enforcing mandatory security gates.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Hierarchical multi-agent orchestration: Joshua (PM) coordinates Hiram developer instances, Ezra (QA), Nehemiah (security), and Solomon (review) with file-based inboxes and git worktrees.
• TDD-first, dependency-aware task board: Breaks architecture into 2–5 minute tasks, enforces dependency DAGs, and auto-unblocks tasks when dependencies are done.
• Mandatory security gate: Nehemiah performs OWASP Top 10 audits before any merge; security review is never skipped.
• Operational tooling: CLI tools to initialize projects, manage tasks, send/read agent messages, create/cleanup worktrees, spawn agent sessions, and monitor team status.
• Use Case: Initialize a DevTeam to implement an authentication feature, run parallel developer agents for implementation, run QA and security review, then collect and merge results.

Quick Start

Initialize a DevTeam for "Auth Feature" in /path/to/repo using the DevTeamInit tool to create the .devteam structure and task board.
