Frequently Asked Questions about diagnose-acquisition

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I diagnose acquisition channels to optimize CAC?▼

Diagnose acquisition channels by evaluating downstream activation, retention, and monetization metrics to calculate quality-adjusted CAC. This process decomposes channel volume across organic, paid, and viral sources to identify bottlenecks and prioritize plays with measurable impact.

What is quality-adjusted CAC and how does it evaluate channel mix?▼

Quality-adjusted CAC measures true acquisition cost by factoring in downstream activation rates, retention, and monetization by channel. It evaluates your channel mix to reveal whether growth is healthy or fragile, moving beyond surface-level volume metrics.

How do I identify top-of-funnel growth bottlenecks in my channel mix?▼

Identify top-of-funnel growth bottlenecks by applying end-to-end bottleneck sizing across your channel decomposition. This diagnoses acquisition fragility by evaluating where organic, paid, viral, and content channels fail to drive downstream activation and retention.

Can I analyze organic and viral leverage alongside paid acquisition channels?▼

Yes, you can analyze organic and viral leverage alongside paid acquisition channels. The diagnostic process decomposes channel volume and applies organic and viral analysis to measure true downstream quality and calculate quality-adjusted CAC.

What's the best way to prioritize acquisition plays with measurable success criteria?▼

Prioritize acquisition plays by ranking recommendations based on bottleneck diagnosis and quality-adjusted CAC calculations. This provides a prioritized acquisition plan with measurable success criteria, ensuring top-of-funnel growth impacts downstream retention and monetization.

When should I evaluate downstream retention and monetization for acquisition diagnosis?▼

Evaluate downstream retention and monetization for acquisition diagnosis when assessing whether your channel mix drives healthy or fragile growth. Measuring downstream quality calculates true cost and identifies top-of-funnel bottlenecks to optimize overall CAC.
