SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Digital Brain solves the fragmentation of personal knowledge, relationships, and tasks by providing a structured, modular operating system for AI-assisted productivity. It enables progressive loading and memory management to keep context lean and actionable.

Core Features & Use Cases

Module-based architecture: identity, content, knowledge, network, operations, and agents modules load on-demand to minimize context and maximize relevance.
Append-only memory and templates: use JSONL, YAML, and Markdown to preserve history and enable retrospectives.
Practical workflows: content creation, meeting preparation, weekly reviews, and relationship management are supported via codified templates and automation scripts.

Quick Start

Start by asking the agent to “write a post” or “prepare for meeting”; the skill will load identity/voice.md and relevant modules, guiding you through the workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions about digital-brain

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How does a modular AI memory system manage personal knowledge?▼

A modular AI memory system manages personal knowledge by loading isolated modules on demand to orchestrate content, connections, and goals. It enforces progressive disclosure and append-only memory using JSONL, YAML, and Markdown data.

How do I prepare for meetings and write posts using AI productivity automation?▼

You can prepare for meetings and write posts by instructing the AI to load specific modules like identity and voice templates. The system guides you through the workflow by adapting prompts and modular data to the domain.

Can I use append-only memory with JSONL and YAML formats for weekly reviews?▼

Yes, append-only memory uses JSONL, YAML, and Markdown to preserve history and enable weekly reviews. This approach ensures historical data is never overwritten during retrospectives and content creation.

What is the best way to organize personal knowledge and network management without context bloat?▼

The best way to prevent context bloat is using a modular operating system that enforces progressive disclosure. It loads identity, content, knowledge, and network modules on-demand to maximize relevance and keep context lean.

Do I need to configure specific modules before starting content creation tasks?▼

No extensive configuration is needed before starting content creation tasks. You can simply ask the agent to write a post, and the system automatically loads the necessary identity and voice modules to guide the workflow.

When should I avoid using a modular context engineering approach for personal productivity?▼

You should avoid a modular context engineering approach if your tasks do not benefit from strict data organization or append-only memory tracking. It is designed for structured workflows rather than simple, unstructured note-taking.
