Core Features & Use Cases

Structured Stages: Context Gathering, Refinement & Structure, and Reader Testing.
Collaborative Foresight: Facilitates clear roles, iteration, and versioning across teammates.
Use Cases: Drafting PRDs, design specs, proposals, RFCs, or any structured documentation task requiring iterative refinement.

Quick Start

Initiate the workflow when planning a writing task (e.g., "Draft a PRD"). The skill will guide you through the three stages, create an artifact scaffold if needed, and support iterative drafting and reader testing. To begin, say you want to activate the Doc Co-Authoring workflow and provide initial context; the agent will ask clarifying questions and proceed through Stage 1.

What is the best way to structure a collaborative workflow for design docs?▼

A structured collaborative workflow for design docs enforces three stages: Context Gathering, Refinement & Structure, and Reader Testing. This repeatable process facilitates clear roles, iteration, and versioning across teammates to reduce drafting friction.

How do I start drafting a proposal using a structured co-authoring workflow?▼

To start drafting a proposal, activate the co-authoring workflow and provide initial context. The agent will ask clarifying questions, create an artifact scaffold if needed, and proceed through Context Gathering to begin iterative drafting.
