What problem does it solve?

Drafting support emails that match your voice and accurately address the customer’s exact message—without accidentally sending or promising anything you haven’t approved.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Thread-grounded reply drafting: Pulls the latest customer message from the correct conversation thread so the draft is based on what they actually wrote.
  • Voice calibration: Reads your voice configuration (and can trigger voice calibration) to mirror greeting, sign-off, phrasing, and tone so drafts sound like you.
  • Customer dossier + routing guardrails: Loads a customer dossier (plan, revenue, open bug candidates, followups, churn flags) to tailor the reply, while enforcing that forbidden promises are avoided.
  • Action-aware output: Handles bug, how-to, billing, and churn-language responses with guardrails and escalations for billing commitments.
