e-tax

Automating e-Tax form submission uses browser automation to input calculated tax data into the 確定申告書等作成コーナー. You load prepared progress data into an agent, which then populates the forms and guides you through sensitive steps like QR authentication and final submission.

Yes, Playwright CLI is supported as a fallback engine for automating 確定申告 browser interactions. Alongside Claude in Chrome and Antigravity Browser Sub-Agent, it adapts to different environments to populate and submit tax return forms end-to-end.

Before automating e-Tax filing, you need calculated tax data and configured environment progress data. The agent feeds this prepared information directly into the 確定申告書等作成コーナー to populate the forms automatically.

The e-Tax automation agent does not handle QR authentication automatically. It guides you through the authentication flow, but explicit user actions are required for sensitive steps like QR authentication and the final submission of your tax returns.

The best way to automate end-to-end tax return workflows is using a multi-engine approach with Claude in Chrome, Antigravity, or Playwright CLI. This adapts to different environments to input tax data, handle authentication prompts, and submit forms.

Limitations of automating e-Tax submissions include the requirement for a configured environment and prepared progress data. The agent cannot autonomously complete sensitive steps, requiring explicit user actions for QR authentication and final submission.
