What problem does it solve?

This guide helps teams map ecosystems and blueprint service delivery to align stakeholders, frontstage interactions, and backstage operations into a single, shared view.

Core Features & Use Cases

Ecosystem Map: identify actors, relationships, and value exchanges across the service environment.
Service Blueprint: map frontstage and backstage activities, lines of interaction, visibility, and support systems.
Workshop-guided design: run structured sessions to translate CJMs into blueprints and governance artifacts.

Quick Start

Begin by identifying the service you want to map, select a central actor (C position), and draft both an ecosystem map and a service blueprint to establish the initial view of interdependencies.
