What problem does it solve?
ekg is an Emacs package for taking and retrieving notes, backed by a sqlite database. It should be used as a form of agent memory, and it may also be used by users for their notes as well.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Create, organize, and retrieve notes across Emacs sessions using a sqlite-backed knowledge graph.
- Manage memory for agents with tagging conventions (agent, date, org-task) and support for org-mode tasks.
- Read, update, and extend notes via a set of command-line scripts (ekg-add-note, ekg-read, ekg-update-tags, ekg-org-edit, etc.) using emacsclient.
Quick Start
Create a memory entry with ekg-add-note, then retrieve relevant notes with ekg-read.
