Sales teams need a reliable way to monitor corporate inboxes for customer replies and inquiries, without manually checking each email, to keep CRM records up‑to‑date and act quickly on new opportunities.
Core Features & Use Cases
- IMAP connectivity: Securely connects to major email providers (163, QQ, Gmail, Outlook, etc.) using server, port, and app‑auth code.
- Message classification: Identifies customer replies, pricing inquiries, auto‑responses, and spam, automatically logging and triggering CRM updates.
- Notification & logging: Generates concise summaries, logs actions to holo‑activity‑log, and can run on a schedule for continuous monitoring.
