How do I track VIP customer engagement using Shopify and Klaviyo data?▼

What metrics are used for VIP customer cohort analysis in e-commerce?▼

Can I identify VIP customers who are becoming less active before they churn?▼

Yes, customizable alerts flag VIP customers becoming less active or less valuable for personal attention. The Skill monitors declining engagement and last-active dates to identify at-risk VIPs before they churn.

Does this VIP analysis tool work with my internal databases and commerce platforms?▼

Yes, the analysis handles data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and internal databases. It integrates commerce platform data with internal systems to perform cohort analysis and track VIP engagement metrics seamlessly.
