What problem does it solve?

Empathy mapping helps teams externalize a user’s inner and outer world across quadrants to build a shared understanding and identify gaps between observed behaviors and inferred needs.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Supports 6-quadrant (Think & Feel / See / Hear / Say & Do / Pains / Gains) or 4-quadrant (Says / Thinks / Does / Feels) mappings
  • Ensures evidence traceability by linking each item to research input or label [Assumed] where needed
  • Generates insights, tension analysis, and Mermaid diagrams with optional PNG export for visuals
