What problem does it solve?

This skill surfaces open commitments in a three-column Kanban (You owe, They owe, Both stuck) to help you quickly identify aging items and bottlenecks, using a local snapshot that is regenerated on demand.

  • Three-column Kanban by owner: You owe, They owe, and Both stuck with aging-based sorting.
  • Aging visibility & bottleneck focus: cards sorted by days aged to highlight the oldest work.
  • Snapshot-only, local data: reads events.jsonl locally and does not modify source data.
  • Rebuild on demand: refresh the view by running the rebuild command.

Quick Start

Install the Commitment Cockpit and say 'rebuild commitment cockpit' to refresh its snapshot.
