This Skill provides a Layer 2 Live Artifact in Cowork that surfaces past Granola meetings needing follow-up and centralizes follow-up workflows, reducing missed actions and scattered notes.

  • Live artifact dashboard for past Granola meetings awaiting follow-up; click rows to fire follow-up-ritual or mark processed.
  • Opt-in, non-onboarding installation as a Layer 2 add-on; future support for other transcription tools.
  • Maps meetings to projects using attendee-domain matching, de-duplicates near-duplicates, and caps the list to 10 for quick review.

Quick Start

Install and enable the Meeting Processor, then say rebuild meetings to process to refresh Granola data.
