SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill solves the challenge of synthesizing scattered academic research by automatically converting PDF documents into structured knowledge graphs and theory operation graphs, enabling deep conceptual understanding.

Core Features & Use Cases

Automated Knowledge Extraction: Uses a multi-agent pipeline to extract concepts, claims, equations, and rhetorical roles from academic papers.
Theory Operation Graphing: Maps the logical derivation steps and theoretical operations within a paper to visualize the research structure.
Use Case: A graduate student can upload a complex physics paper, and the system will generate a navigable graph of the core theoretical arguments and mathematical dependencies, facilitating interactive study.

Quick Start

Use the episteme-graph-knowledge skill to analyze the uploaded research paper and generate the corresponding theory operation graph.
