High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I diagnose strategic alignment between stakeholder goals and actual capabilities?▼

Strategic alignment is diagnosed by building two directional causal chains: a bottom-up chain mapping current resources to results, and a top-down chain translating stakeholder expectations into required resources. Comparing these chains reveals specific misalignment gaps in your strategy.

What is a strategy map for connecting resources to customer value and results?▼

A strategy map connects resources to results through a bottom-up causal chain (Resources -> Delivery -> Customer Value -> Results) to visualize what your business currently has and can actually deliver to the market.

How do I translate stakeholder expectations into concrete resource requirements?▼

You translate stakeholder expectations by constructing a top-down causal chain (Expectations -> Required Customers -> Required Delivery -> Required Resources) that breaks down high-level goals into specific operational capabilities.

Can I run a strategy diagnostic for a specific product line or business unit?▼

Yes, you can run a strategic coherence diagnostic for whole-company strategy sessions, individual business units, or specific product lines during initial strategy formulation, quick periodic reviews, or when alert triggers occur.

How do I quantify and surface gaps between current delivery and required strategy?▼

You quantify strategic gaps by comparing the bottom-up chain of what you currently deliver against the top-down chain of what your strategy requires, then updating your company-context.md with actionable alignment questions and corrective steps.

When should I use a two-directional strategy map instead of a standard planning approach?▼

Use a two-directional strategy map during initial strategy diagnostics, quick reviews, or alert triggers when you need to ensure coherence between what your resources can build and what stakeholder expectations demand.
