ETE Toolkit helps researchers manipulate phylogenetic trees and clustering dendrograms without hand-editing Newick strings or rebuilding visualizations from scratch. It reduces repetitive work in tree cleaning, rooting, pruning, comparison, taxonomy annotation, and figure generation.
