FAQPage Schema

How do I map EU AI Act obligations into a deployable compliance matrix?▼

Map EU AI Act obligations by defining your role and risk tier to generate a four-batch matrix. This matrix assigns RACI responsibilities, timelines, and GDPR cross-references tailored to high-risk Annex III or GPAI deployments.

How does GDPR cross-reference integration work with EU AI Act compliance tasks?▼

GDPR cross-references integrate by mapping AI Act obligations to existing data protection requirements like DPIA and FRIA. This aligns transparency mandates and risk management duties across both regulatory frameworks within your obligations matrix.

When do I need a FRIA or DPIA for high-risk Annex III AI deployments?▼

You need a FRIA or DPIA for high-risk Annex III deployments when fundamental rights impacts or data processing risks are present. The compliance matrix identifies these triggers and maps them directly to your role's obligations.

Can I use this compliance matrix for GPAI provider and deployer roles across different jurisdictions?▼

Yes, role-based obligation mapping applies to GPAI providers, deployers, and standard providers across jurisdictions. It adjusts risk classification and assigns specific RACI duties based on your operational context.

What is the best way to assign RACI responsibilities for EU AI Act risk management?▼

Assign RACI responsibilities by categorizing obligations into four batches based on priority and timeline. The matrix clarifies who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for each high-risk AI compliance task.

What limitations apply when mapping obligations for AI systems outside Annex III?▼

Obligation mapping focuses on high-risk Annex III deployments and GPAI scenarios. Systems outside these risk tiers may require alternative compliance approaches, as the matrix prioritizes dense regulatory requirements specific to these categories.
